For those who haven't heard our Grandma Walker passed away on Sunday evening, after not feeling good for many days. She was just shy of her 88th birthday. We want to write this blog to tell you about how wonderful she was. Darrell and I had the opportunity to help grandma out a couple times a week for the past 8 years. This opportunity gave us a chance to talk to her on many occasions about life, about what we were doing, what she has done, and things to look forward to. One of darrell's most favorite memories of grandma were the times they spent at the trailer, up the canyon, telling and hearing many stories, and playing some intense games of 5000. KJ's and I's best memories are the times we danced with her. Turning on the animals and plants that sang and dance and got our groove on. KJ has quite the moves thanks to Grandma Walker. We are grateful for the many memories we have of her, and will always charish them. What an example she has set for us through her service and love for others. She always thanked us for what we did to help her each week, but I don't think she fully new what she was doing for us. We love you Grandma Walker. You are very deserving to be home in the presence of our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ and our other loved ones who have gone before.
