3 years old!
I cannot believe that KJ is already 3 years old today. We started celebrating on friday when we bought him his birthday ballons, which he chose spiderman, and then we went to chuck e cheese to play games. Surpisingly it was a pretty good price to play the games. On saturday we celebrated pioneer day by watching the cross country kids race, then seeing the parade in spanish fork, BBQing, and then the fireworks in mapleton city because they started earlier then spanish forks. We told KJ that the fireworks were for his birthday. Then today we invited the family over to enjoy some cake and icecream, and playing or talking with each other. What an amazing little man we have in our family. He sure knows how to make you smile and feel loved. We love you KJ, and are grateful to your birthmother Summer for allowing you to be apart of our eternal family.

July 4th Celebration
For the 4th this year we decided to go to the balloons on Saturday, but when we got there the wind was bad so only 3 took off. On Sunday we had dinner at mom and dads house with all the family, then KJ, Darrell, Doug, James, and I decided to sleep out on the parade route and save spots for the parade. It was a lot of fun and different adventure for our family.

Family Fun
After our trip to California we have continued to enjoy time with family. Darrell, Rick, Gary, and I walked on fire at the Mangum family reunion. this is the fire, but we only took video of us walking and I can't get it to download to share it.
The Turners (myndee, george, serena, jack, keely) came to visit and stayed at our house, and the kids enjoyed doing everything together.
We also are enjoying our swimming with cousins a couple times a week at grandma mangums pool.

California
What a blast California was with my family, and who would have thought disneyland and california adventures from a two year old point of view would have been so fun. We really enjoyed the rides, character meals, the parades, the beach and the cousins. KJ had no fear, he ran up to all the characters and hugged them, and he even rode the matterhorn.

The start of Summer Vacation
A couple of days of summer vacation so far and many more to come filled with fun. We started off our vacation with thomas the train in heber a couple hours after Darrell got off of work for the summer.
We have been trying new food and working on eating breakfast together so that KJ will see that it is important to eat breakfast.
Relaxing and working on our art and reading books.
And enjoying memorial day with family.
